At GMR Muhammad & Sons [PTE] Limited, we do have a large selection of brands that customers know and trust. We endeavor to provide complete satisfaction to our customers with their purchase and, should there be any dissatisfaction, our Return Policy will address any concern customers have with their purchase, particularly if it is defective or faulty.

GMR Muhammad & Sons [PTE] Limited advice customers to carefully select the products that they wish to purchase and contact our friendly team members should they wish to seek further advice.

Our Commitment

Return or exchange of goods may be considered only within seven [07] days of purchase provided that the goods are in its original state and condition and returned with its original packaging and accessories with original invoice copy.

 Credit Customers

Customers may be entitled to a refund or replacement for return of goods within seven [07] days under the following conditions:

ü  Product(s) sold is not of merchandisable quality.

ü  Product(s) sold is faulty upon verification and confirmation from GMR Muhammad & Sons [PTE] Limited.

ü  Product(s) sold does not correspond with description on the invoice.

Pertaining to any other conditions, GMR Muhammad & Sons [PTE] Limited has the right to refuse refund or replacement.

For All returns for refund and exchange, a surcharge of $2.00 will apply on the said transaction.

Customers wishing to return goods are required to provide proof of purchase. No Return will be provided in the absence of the Original Tax Invoice.

Any goods specially ordered and \or tailor- made for customer will not be refunded or replaced.

Return Policy

We strive to provide the best service possible. If you need to return an item, please review the following return policy carefully:

1.Customer-initiated Returns (Drop-Off) (Only applicable for retail)


·         $2.00 administration fee will be charged for all returns where the customer brings the item(s) back to our location.

2. Company Pickup Returns (COD, WCOD and Credit Customer)

If you request the company to pick up the return items or if company, make delivery and bring back items from your location:

·         $2.00 administration fee

·         A $10.00 delivery fee will be charged

·         A restocking fee will be applied, based on the time and effort required by our staff to handle the return

Return of Goods for

        Exchange     

Should a customer wish to exchange an item due to a change of preference, the customer should adhere to the below requirements:

For All returns for exchange, a surcharge of $2.00 will apply on the said transaction.

ü  Original Receipt is presented at the return.

ü   The item is returned with seven (7) days of purchase.

ü  The item is in a re-saleable condition including that:

–          It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.

–          It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; and

–          The product is not the one for which exchange is not available.

If these requirements are not satisfied, GMR Muhammad & Sons [PTE] Limited reserves the right not to offer an exchange. Any goods specially ordered and /or tailor –made for the customer will not be exchanged.

Expenses & Payment

       Clearance

In the event that GMR Muhammad & Sons [PTE] Limited needs to pick up the materials for return from the customers site\ premises, the customer will be liable to pay for the cost of pick up.

Responsibility Of

     Customers

Customers are advised to seek necessary clarification at the time of making their purchase to avoid any misunderstandings or confusions.

GMR Muhammad & Sons [PTE] Limited reserves the right to access the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

  GMR Muhammad & Sons [PTE] Limited reserves the right to amend its Goods Return and Exchange Policy without notice.
