It is mostly available in 100x50`s, 150x50, 100x75, 100x100 and 150x100 sizes. These sizes like 100x50, and 150x50 are mostly used in framing and 100x75 and 100x100 are used in bottom plates and corner stud, 150x75 and 150x100 are used in house beams.
